You may return your table lamp within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The lamp must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Pre-order customers benefit from an extended 60-day return period.

Once we receive and inspect your returned lamp, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange your lamp for a different model, finish, or size, please contact our team. We will coordinate the exchange process and arrange shipping. If there is a price difference between items, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment accordingly.
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All Xlaxyronchron lamps are covered by our comprehensive two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
We strongly recommend inspecting your lamp immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or discrepancies, please document them with photos and contact us within 48 hours. This helps us address issues promptly and file claims with shipping carriers when necessary.
Items purchased at our Oslo showroom can be returned directly to the showroom within 30 days with your original receipt. The same conditions apply as for online purchases. Our showroom staff can assist with exchanges and process refunds on-site during business hours.
Xlaxyronchron does not charge restocking fees for standard returns in original, unused condition. However, if a lamp is returned in used condition, with damaged packaging, or missing components, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate restocking fee from your refund amount.
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund with no penalties. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
